After paying the $1 Qutoe fee you will receive a text within 48hrs, this text will include a price qutoe and a description of what your piece will look like, if more details are needed this will be included in the text. we may require a phone consultaion in order to create the perfect peice for you, if so we will reach out via text to scedule a meeting first.

Custom Work Policies
The $1 quote fee will not be included in the final price.
If a phone number is not included the quote will immedatly be considered null n void.
If you pay for a consultation and do not respond to the text or fail show for your consultation the $1deposit will be forfeited and considered a cancellation fee.
Once we have finalized the design you will recive an invoice for the project, these must be paid in full inorder for us to start working on your piece. This is so we can properly sourse each gemstone specificaly for your design.
When your piece is finnished we will text you a video of it to confirm its what you wanted. After confirmation we will ship and provide tracking information via text.
